THE PROBLEM: UNRELIABLE AND DIFFICULT TO USE BUBBLE TRAPS
A Skid Fabricator in the Northeast US contacted us in relation to a need that was missing from other pharmaceutical bubble traps on the market. While traditional traps on the market did the job, they were not as user friendly as they could be. They lacked a reliable way to mount the traps to skids. Additionally, there was no great way, without manufacturing their own, to mount external sensors. They also had a central drain that typically didn't line up with the vent options on the head, making it difficult to use continuous level measurement such as guided wave radar.

This customer is a frequent bubble trap user and needed a trap that could be designed with the top vent in alignment with the drain so that guided wave level measurement could be used.
